Dear Speaker Applicant:
Thank you for your interest in submitting a speaker application for the Quarter Century Sales Conference at the Where's Waldo at the Waldorf for the dates of August 19-23, 2025.
There are several opportunities provided to you as a speaker at a CME conference. Speaking provides:
- An opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues,
- An opportunity to build confidence in being a public speaker
- An opportunity to support the professional field and this association, and
- An opportunity to participate in the conference to network with your colleagues and learn from other speakers.
As you prepare to complete the application process please review the Critical Due Dates and Support from Conference Management sections to make sure you are available to meet the deadlines and understand the remuneration options. We do require a CME disclosure form to be signed and a W-9 to be completed if you are requesting an honorarium.
The speaker application is due by February 28, 2025. Applications are reviewed by the education committee, so please complete all sections of the application. Applicants will be notified by March 31, 2025 of the status of their speaker application.

An important responsibility of a CME speaker is to submit required paperwork to the conference management team by the noted deadlines. The deadlines must be met to guarantee the success of the conference. It is very important that you read and understand the following information.

Approved applications will have the option of one of the following remunerations if you are a session speaker:
- Honorarium in the amount of $400.00 per session, paid by the conference host. Requires a completed W-9 to be submitted with the speaker contract.
- Donate honorarium to the association's preferred 2025 Annual Charity.

In lieu of honorarium, complimentary conference registration.
All speakers requesting CME must pre-register for the conference by registering online with a speaker registration code prior to the due date. Speaker registration codes will be provided after sessions have been approved.
For workshop presenters, a total honorarium of $400.00 per workshop is provided by the the conference host. If one (1) speaker presents a workshop, then they may utilize one of the above options for remuneration. If two (2) or more are presenting the workshop, then the honorarium is divided by the number of speakers. Each speaker may utilize option one or two of the above options for remuneration with the dollar amount being determined by the number of speakers.
